About this register

The register is maintained by an editorial desk, not by an operator and not by a comparison engine. There is no scoring model behind these pages and no personal byline on them: a list is only as good as the criterion named above it, and that criterion is printed on every list we publish. Where we cannot verify a criterion from a source, the page says so and falls back to the general register.

Some entries carry a tracked link, and we may be paid when an account is opened through one. That arrangement is disclosed on the list itself, and it buys position in nothing: the order of a list follows the criterion in its heading, and the wording of an entry follows the operator’s own published terms. A paid entry and an unpaid one are described the same way, with the same fields and the same omissions.

What this site does not do: it does not take bets, hold funds or open accounts; it does not advise anyone to gamble; and it does not publish figures without a source behind them. If a figure on one of these pages has gone out of date — offers change, and so do licence conditions — that is an error on our side, and the contact page is the fastest way to tell us.
